Let me make sure I understand this one correctly. You are saying that planned workout was prescribed with different zone time distribution, and post-workout analysis shows different distribution? Is this happening with all of your runs?

the zone borders were wrong.
Planned said 80-130 bpm in the first step.
Time in Zone says 80-114 bpm is correct.
So warmup and cooldown were to “fast” or with to much bpm.
