I was checking out my post ride results and Athletica tells me I spent a lot of time outside my planned power zones in zone 225-246. That surprised me because I did not spend time in that zone as I used the Zwift file from Athletica. So I checked Strava, Garmin Connect and Intervals.icu and they all do not have time in that zone. So something seems off with the Athletica chart. See examples from various platforms below.
This is not only the last training but also previous trainings. My HITT do not even show the hard bits but have everything as low. How can I fix this and what is the impact on all AI stuff, fatigue and fitness charts being generated?
I think the blue sections are correct now, however how Zone 7 is labelled seems to be incorrect. If I look at my zones in the Overview Tab - Zone 7 is from 277-563 (not 481-563)…
I noted that on this afternoon run, the app say i have gone for somevtime at z6 z7 but i can assure this is impossible. The heart rate is fine, pace i don’t think the same.
