Lack of Variability in Workouts My running sessions (e.g., 30/30 intervals) seem quite similar from week to week. Is this typical, or should I expect more diversity in the workouts over time? I’m curious if this repetition might impact my long-term progress or adaptation.

Decline in Performance Metrics Over the past 6 weeks, I’ve noticed a drop in my running pace profile, running threshold, bike threshold, power profile, and swimming pace/profile compared to the previous 3 months. This decline is consistent across all three sports.
