Can I use Athletica to assess my training with my triathlon club and give feedback on when/what to less or more? I am a member of a triathlon club and get a good trainingprogram in Trainingpeaks from the club. However, due to my work schedule I cannot follow all or complete all scheduled sessions (which sometimes also are too long / intensive for me). Can I follow my club’s schedule as it fits with me, import the workouts as I have performed them in Athletica and then have Athletica coach me to do more of a specific kind of training (say more or less interval or more or less long easy runs)?
