My full IM plan has gone completely off the rails. I’m not sure why this is the case but I don’t understand what is going on. Every IM plan I’ve ever seen had a pretty simple setup but for some reason, the AI thinks I want to be swimming 4 days a week (despite this modality being set to 11%.)
Also, it has days where I have three workouts in a day and the plan won’t let me take Strength and Conditioning out of the system.
If I try to limit things, it goes red and says I’m giving it too many limitations. Which I only have to do because it seems to be struggling with the basics of how to set up an Ironman plan.
