Which is the expected workout metric?

Hello world !

I’m a new user, and I am really satisfied at the moment. One thing is not fully clear to me. In athletica.ai, each workout has multiple metrics (eg. pace /heart/power), which one is the preferred one (if any) ?

As an example I noticed that for my latest bike workout my garmin watch showed a heart rate target, while importing the .zwo file of that workout in TP set the target as power zones.

Which is the best one to be used for a given workout ?

Welcome to Athletica!
In general, I advise my athletes to use heart rate for aerobic development (endurance) rides and power for intervals. That way you’re making sure you’re going easy enough on the endurance days, and hard enough on the interval days.
