I’m a new user, and I am really satisfied at the moment. One thing is not fully clear to me. In athletica.ai, each workout has multiple metrics (eg. pace /heart/power), which one is the preferred one (if any) ?
As an example I noticed that for my latest bike workout my garmin watch showed a heart rate target, while importing the .zwo file of that workout in TP set the target as power zones.
Which is the best one to be used for a given workout ?
