Any way to prevent double sessions on specific days of the week?

Greetings All,

New Athletica User - Finished my first 70.3 at Ironman Florida - a generally unspectacular finish, but completed. It had long been a goal of mine to complete and I am looking to improve my time and push further in distance.

As I evaluate Athletica AI I am looking to increase my volume - I started on Mosely’s beginner plan “mid distance” on TP and was happy with the structure, but as I am evaluating my options I stumbled upon Athletica. I knew I wanted to go with an intermediate or “mid” volume plan, but started safe and chose low.

Athletica was able to evaluate my prior training and tell me that my bike and swim fitness was in better shape and to go to the mid plan.

One thing I’d like to prevent is a double workout day in the beginning of my week - is that something that I must gain access to the user-time constraints beta feature to utilize?

Thanks for any help or insight!

JR

Pretty sure time constraints beta does that. I’m also on a mid volume 70.3 plan and what I do is evaluate the upcoming week on a Sunday to match my work/family life balance.

This could be changing double days to different days and even swapping the long ride to brick run session with the long run. All easily done by dragging and dropping sessions in the calendar.

Thats a good call - I could see that working for me as well.

I appreciate the response, Adam.

Hi JR,

You could also just drag the workout to another day. Would that work for you?
