Hi all,
Athletica is not realizing that I completed my race on Saturday… . I see the “Race North Sea Ultra” as session in the schedule and the activity recorded with Garmin also got uploaded / attached to that entry. However when I click in the session AI coach tells me “It’s great to see you tackling that unplanned session, but with a load that high, we need to be cautious. Overtraining can sneak up on us, especially during taper weeks when your body is primed for recovery. I’d love for you to share how that session felt—your rate of perceived exertion (RPE) and overall feeling would really help us evaluate its impact. Remember, each session should contribute to your fitness goals, so let’s ensure we’re focusing on quality over quantity.”
Is this a general known bug?
Hi @NicoleLB85 … its not really a bug as we are still developing quite a bit around the entire race week. Days leading in, day of, and following analysis. Quite a bit involved from the coach standpoint I’m sure you’ll appreciate. Thanks for your patience.
Ah good to know. Thank you.
Hah, just happened to me for the IM St. George 70.3 last weekend - it knew the race until the day before, kept hyping up with “in preparation for your half ironman!” kind of messaging. Then the day before it said race day coming up was “a well deserved rest day”, and gave the same “high load unplanned” messages . I thought this was added since it was talking about it in the lead up and was excited to hear what it said… but guess not.
Thanks for the update Prof, maybe by my end of year races it’ll be ready?
