Athletica Mobile App Feedback

1079 yards = 986 meters

Looks like a new flavor of the wrong units bug.

This short HIIT hills graph with the hills section missing explains why these sessions always go longer than the prescribed time. It isn’t counting the hills section towards the total time of the workout.

Hi @Throxy we have 2 compounding issues we are working hard to fix.

  1. there is a bug in the way we record swimming in yards in our main system
  2. there is a bug in our mobile app in the way imperial measurements are displayed

Unfortunately your swim on mobile in yards is in the eye of the storm! I’m really sorry that you’re getting this frustrating experience. However, the way the system is recording load and then making adjustments to your training should still be correct.

I’m hoping we can get the swim issues fixed in the web app in a few days, and then the mobile app display issues should be fixed with the next update in a week or so.

Thanks for your patience.

No worries at all, @MarkB. Do what you guys need to do to fix things.

Hey @Throxy, it so happens that 986 metres is 1078 yards. So allowing for rounding I’d say that’s the issue you are seeing. It says yards but the value is metres.

I do miss not seeing fitness and fatigue in the mobile app. A good fit for the weekly view I think.

The recovery period between sets is not reflected in graph. This is in the workout wizard.

How about sucking the healthkit HRV data from the iPhone and a connected Apple Watch into Athletica?

Cheers, Andre

We’re on it! As with everything from Apple, it’s complicated, and can only be done through an iOS app. It is a priority, but may still be some time before we get this live.

The chart of my workout session ( tomorrow) does not match the session length nor the number of intervals.

My thoughts too. I’d want fitness and fatigue numbers as well,

Excellent Mark. It did suddenly show HRV in Athletica today, I think it’s come in via a convoluted method:

Apple Watch → iPhone’s Healthkit → Healthfit app → Intervals.icu → Althletica.

I assume if you figure out a direct Healthkit → Althletica app → Athletica

that you will ensure existing data is merged deduped well.

Thanks for the hard work. A

That’s pretty cool…

The legend and values that appear when I press and hold my finger disappear behind the top Summary, Analysis, Planned toolbar when I’m looking where the values are near the top of the y axis.

I prefer the “move session to date” feature in the app better than trying to drag blocks around on my phone. The one downside is that you can’t see the locked status of the sessions, and when you move one it gets locked. This results in me having to go back to the webui and unlock sessions if I want the AI to adjust load for me. It’d be nice to see and be able to influence the locked state of sessions within the app

I’ve moved tomorrow’s 2 hour aerobic session to Monday in the Mobile App. It now doesn’t show up on Sunday or Monday in the App. It shows up correctly against Monday in the browser.

The mobile app keeps asking me to login most days of late. This is on the latest iOS. I do have remember me ticked.

Same for me on the mobile app and on the website.

Added a recovery walk to Sunday using the library workouts found under the + button. It’s been changed to a recovery ride.
