Completed Tests Rescheduled Automatically?

Just dropping this here as well—regardless of my email on hello@…:
I recently updated my available hours in Atheltica, but the system is automatically re-scheduling both the MAF test and the 5k time trial, even though I completed them on February 12th and 16th respectively. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a workaround?
