CSS test and 5k TT test

Is it psosible to manually include or ask athletica to set up a CCS and a 5kTT? I know test week was possible at the start but i did not do it. I would like to check my zones and levels are correct

Yes, you can pull them into your calendar from your Global Library

Can you elaberate on global library please?

On the left handside (on web) there is Global library. You can search all workouts in there.
