Awesome updates, thanks much! I won’t be touching my plan until after 5/10  but then will take advantage of this to make a few key adjustments. Thank you, looking great.

It’s getting closer, but still some things I’d like to see added because I still have to edit every week myself. The AI almost always gives me a hill or hard intervals workout on a weekend day, which I always move to a weekday and then add my own long aerobic workout on the weekend manually.

  • The ability to choose which day I want to do my long aerobic workout (AND long aerobic workout only!) Yes, I can adjust the sliders to say fill in a long amount of time on that day, but I want the ability to also say DON’T schedule a speed workout or hill workout here!

  • The ability to pick which day of the week I DO want a hard/non-aerobic workout (intervals or hills for example).

  • The ability to say which days I would accept multiple workouts in the same discipline (doubles) or click that I don’t want double workouts assigned.

  • The ability to have a WU/CD for an activity OR NOT.

For me, the biggest improvement in planning would be to include weekday races. Through the season we have a series of Wednesday evening time trials, usually 10 miles. I add these as if they were workouts, but have to shift workouts around to accommodate them.
