Daily Update confusion

As I am still new to Athletica some things confuse me. I tried to stick to my training plan, but besides training sessions, I also use my Garmin to record bike commutes or longer walks. This gets synced to Athletica and I tend to rate them also.

Anyhow, I think the daily update got should consider this as for today it states:

In the last week, you logged about 4.6 hours of training, which falls within the recommended range of 0-30 hours. Great job! You completed a total of 10 sessions, with 3 executed as planned and 7 being unplanned. There were no sessions where your actual load was below or above what was prescribed, and you didn’t miss any sessions. About 30% of your recorded sessions were executed as planned, which is acceptable, but can we aim for better this week?

Because I logged more unplanned sessions (commuting only) it calculated my overall session execution with acceptable (30%).
I do not know what this information does in the background with the rest of my training plan, but I think this calculation should be reconsidered.

Hey, welcome to Athletica! Hope you are enjoying your program. I’m wondering whether your settings are optimized. AI coach says 0-30 hrs, which is a large range. Also, only three sessions planned…?
I would not worry about compliance comment when you do unplanned sessions like your commutes. @Prof can better explain the load calculations but unless your commutes are long or done at high intensity, I don’t think they tip the scale much…

Best, MJ

I still in my first 2 weeks, but had my test week last week.
I also not too much confused about the compliance comments  for the 30% I understand how the calculation is done  mathematically somehow correct but on the other hand - not correct either

I also rate my commutes as very very low - so I doubt they have an effect on my load etc, but a “real” trainer would not have done the calculation that way  and I think this is what you/we should aim for.

The rest of the trainings plan looks ok, at least from what I have set as my goal. An Half Marathon at the beginning of May with 2:14 as a target. So all good from my end  and with this the plan fits perfectly into my life and the amount of training I want to do
