Fasted Cardio - Yay or Nay?

Dr. Mikki Williden, who was on the Athlete’s Compass Podcast earlier this fall, just released this mini-episode in her podcast Mikkipedia. I thought this was such a banger of an episode busting some myths about fasted cardio, specifically for women, that I wanted to share it here.

Thank you @Marjaana : ) I guess the every day diet also matters? I can imagine the body perceives it less of a stress to run without exogenous fuel when you’re eating a more high fat diet as opposed to eating a higher carb diet? (Because on a high fat diet the body already “knows” how to access fat stores more easily?)
