Hi!
So finally I got tired of manual exports imports from Apple Watch and got myself a Garmin watch ![]()
The struggle is real and I miss a lot of health stats data I was used to on Apple (can you believe that?
) apart from that I think Garmin is great.
Now the question is - now that I finally have garmin and everything is getting synced up automatically, how can I sync my HRV and RHR to Athletica? I have connected everything but it recieves no data.
Thank you!
Congrats on your new Garmin watch! Rewarding yourself with new PR?
When you allowed connection with Garmin, I think it asks you about “sharing health” data. Then it should send your RHR and overnight hrv automtically. It will take some time before you get the recovery chart as we need a few weeks of data before the normal range can be calculated.
If you can’t see it come in, please re-sync Garmin connection
Best, MJ
Hi @Marjaana yes kind of - I rewarded myself and then made PR ![]()
Thanks for advice, I will wait then, I did not know it takes time to show the data, I have been wearing Garmin for 5 or 6 weeks now.
Thank you ![]()
Did you check your connection?
Hi @Marjaana yes its all connected, should start working!
@Marjaana - although I see approximately 3 weeks of HRV data on my recovery profile (Garmin overnight HRV) I still get messages saying my recovery assessment is currently only based on RHR. How long usually to get an analysis based on both RHR and HRV? Thanks!
Hello @camargofernando we need 60 days of data to show to create what is normal range for you.
so you are about halfways there.
