Hey everyone, I need some advice on my training plan!
My current plan ends this Friday with my rim to rim to rim run in the Grand Canyon.
I tried adding the Chattanooga Iron Man in September as my new A race, but it says my A race has to be a running race. Is this because I haven’t completed my current race yet, or something else?
Also, after adding it as my B race. there’s no recovery week—my plan jumps straight into 12 hours of Iron Man training starting next Monday. How do I get it to include a recovery week?
Thanks for any tips!

Hey @jbeech01
Wohoo! Enjoy your R2R2R !!! Jealous.
Just wait until you’re done and then re-define yourself as a triathlete and re-generate a new plan. Take the first week after R2R2R easy and regenerate the plan that week once you get the itch to follow a plan again
You can, however, put a recovery week in if you’d like on Overview:
Note that it will swop weeks, so make sure you understand how it affects rest of the plan. I would personally just chill and go unscheduled for a week and then regenerate the plan.
Hope this helps, have fun out there and do let us know how it goes!
