I am in the middle of a 100k training plan that finishes with my event at the end of March at which point I am going to start training for the Chattanooga Ironman in September. Should I wait until the 100k plan is done or should I go ahead and add the 140.6 in now as a “B” race?
I likely won’t be doing any swimming until I’m done with my 100k and probably won’t bike a whole lot either. But I’d probably do the occasional bike if it was once a week or so.
I thought it would be better to just wait so as not to confuse the situation but thought I’d ask.
