How to "best" miss a training week in a structured plan?

Unfortunately it’s the time for those little colds.
Struggling for a little bit now where I can get the work somewhat done but I’m not really improving, body doesn’t deal with load properly atm. Time to take a few days off or a veeeery easy week.

Here is my question though. Since the weeks are building on each other, if I take a recovery week now I then might be in a Build 3 week, which is probably not ideal.

Is there already a way how to properly handle this time off? Would be nice to “pause” the plan, move it by 1 week or so, so I can add a recovery week without disturbing my plan too much

Hi @cmart … great idea on the feature but that’s not currently available. For now, use common sense and take rest or do easy aerobic sessions only when you’re under the weather. Nothing wrong with replacing a Build 3 week with a Recovery week. I would do so and let it be. Focus on health as number 1.
