Welcome to the beta test of Athletica’s adaptive HYROX training plans!

This thread is your space to:

  • :white_check_mark: Share feedback on session content (too hard, too easy, unclear?)
  • :chart_decreasing: Let us know how your body’s responding (RPE, HR, soreness, etc.)
  • :hammer_and_wrench: Flag any bugs or issues with scheduling, session types, or progression
