Meter Workout in a Yard Pool

Good afternoon! I know there is a tool out there to convert a swim file (recorded on my Garmin) from yards to meters. Anyone know what it is?

I switch between pools frequently, some are yard pools, some are meter pools. Is there an easy way to send workouts to my watch based on which pool I’m going to be swimming in?

For future reference, Garmin will make the conversion by editing the activity! I did that, uploaded the file to Athletica and it seemed to work correctly.
