Monthly to Yearly subscription

Hi there,
I would like to change my subscription from monthly to yearly basis and also benefit from Black Friday offer.
My subscription is active until Dec 9th and I do not see any other options than pause or cancel and remove all data immediately.
Is there any way just to change the subscription from monthly to yearly ?

Edit : in the email I have received it says
Note: If you’re on a free trial or monthly plan ending after November 30, you’ll need to upgrade early to lock in this discount.
but I can’t find how to do this
