Performance Potential prescribes a training load that updates with what one does on the day. So, does it end the day are the metrics still potential or a reflection on what was done on the day?
E.g., if I look at my day from last Monday. Are the Fitness, Fatigue, and Form loads what Athletica thought I could do on the day or are they what I actually did do on that day?
