i have a 2 week period where i have much more availability to train. Is there anyway to tell the plan you can train more intensely during this set time without mucking up it’s planning recovery periods etc?
I would just add volume to the days. I would be a bit cautious in adding too much intensity unless you have the base for it. A “training camp” is a great way to get some extra time working out but generally, you want to do mostly zone 1 and zone 2.
Athletica will simply add the time on and adjust its recommendations. You’ll probably get some comments from AI Coach about exceeding the time.
