Hi, I am new to Athletica, so I’m finding my feet. I have 3 swim sessions of 40 min next week, but I’d like to do 2 sessions, but maintaining the same load. What is the best way to do this please? Thankyou.

I would personally take a little bit off your mid week Wed swim and add it to one of your Monday and Friday swims. For example, I would click on your Monday swim main set and add 1 rep - from 2 to 3. Then delete your Wednesday swim. Would that work?
