Regenerate weekly plan

Hello,
I’m new to Athletica. Coming from Humango, I was wondering if there was something similar where you can click on something to regenerate the weekly plan, in case the load is too high or you’ve missed some sessions.
I have “session warnings,” but how do I fix them? Manually?

I mean, let’s say I miss a lot of sessions, how does the plan adapt?

The plan adjusts automatically, so you don’t need to refresh the week. However if you get these warnings, you can decide whether or not you want to skip/move a session or reduce the session length -but really it is just a warning, and if you are feeling good, then execute the plan as scheduled. If you are feeling tired, then listen to your body and do what the warning is suggesting - move/delete or even shorten the session….

Will I receive a message saying that my plan has been adjusted?

You can choose in settings to “hide” or “show” the original session- so you can see (if you want) how the session has changed. Or you may notice a “reload” button when the plan is making a change. Otherwise, the changes are always happening in the background..

You will see messages like this when a session changes to compensate for how you performed in previous ones
