RPE and prescribed training

Hello,
When you I have to fill out my RPE and I did a different session, should I fill out the RPE for the session I just did, or is it linked to the prescribed session? (Example: 1 hour of low intensity prescribed and I do 2 hours at full intensity. I base my RPE on the 2 hours at full intensity, giving it a score of 7-8, but will the software link this to 1 hour of low intensity = RPE 7-8?)
Just to be sure.
Thank you.

Do it for the session you did always. I write in the comments that I changed the session as well, tell the coach what you did (and why sometimes).

The rpe matters more than the comments, but it’s good to check all the boxes

Funny question…the AI coach! The AI and algorithms actually do take your comments into account, including not just what you say but also the sentiment (are you happy, frustrated, tired…)

Now, it doesn’t change your plan directly, meaning if you say “replace tomorrow’s workout with XYZ” it won’t do that - but your comments will influence the upcoming efforts. E.g. if you sound fatigued it might make the planned sessions a little lighter or if you sound excited about your achievement it may add a little more. Don’t expect too much as it’s only a 5% or so impact but DOES go into the overall AI analysis of your training.
