Sorry, wasn’t sure where to direct this question. When setting up intervals in ErgData app, does it matter to Athletica how I set up my workout?
Let’s take HIIT 30"30" session as an example. The way I set it up is as all separate intervals, so one interval is WU, then 30" interval race pace interval, then 30" easy interval etc.
The second option could be to set it as 1 interval of WU, then intervals of 1 min where I would row race pace for 30", then do 30" easy.
Of course, there is a third option of having 30" interval and then 30" rest time.
Are any of these preferable or does Athletica not really care?
