I am setting up my power zones in TP so I can export the workout files from Athletica.AI to TP and then use them on either TP Virtual or MyWhoosh.
There isnt a set of zone methods that matches the ones Athletica uses. What does everyone suggest?

Hello, I don’t know which is similar, but I use Andy Coggan’s set up for my athletes in TP.
I think workouts are prescribed by “percentage of ftp”. So it’s not about having the same zones as in athletica, but having the same ftp.
I just checked my 20 minute TT test results and the percentages of the system CP value. L3a starts at 75 percent of CP, L3b at 82 percent, and the limit of L4 is 94 percent.
The Coggan 6 model defines tempo at 76 percent and threshold at 91 percent.
So this is a good alignment between platforms.
