This is a great feature, but if you don’t have a power meter there is no good option as Option 4 will recommend the work out being based on power.
Option 3 doesn’t work either because based on the type of run, it makes sense to track the workout by either pace or HR.
So today, if you don’t have a power meter, your only option with Option 4 is to manually re-sync each bike workout based on HR.
It would be great if there was a way to split this out by disciple or some other toggle if you don’t have a power meter!
That could work, but spittling out bike and run may also be easier for the user to understand.

You could also add Swim if needed. The “re-sync to Garmin” suggests both of these, but pace is likely the only option so not sure if there needs to be Swim. Swim
