Curious to know—do you find sports leggings or cotton leggings more comfortable for workouts? I feel like cotton is softer, but sports leggings give that supportive fit. Also, is there a specific fabric you swear by for sports activities? Would love to hear your thoughts!
I would overheat in cotton leggings!
The majority of my running leggings are the lululemon Fast & Free.
I also prefer sports leggings, preferably light compression (HR issues that compression helps with), and the super soft options with pockets from Under Armour (only the Movement or Motion lines!), Coeur, and RunRabbit are my go-to options.
Also in case running tops are also interesting, RunRabbit has these super soft UPF running tops…long sleeve but so breathable actually still cute! I usually hide from the sun, and just a little sweat or water on these with a breeze is so much better and cooler than sun on skin. Here is an example of the cute version - my 16-mile super steep trail race outfit (Park City base 3000’ feet up to top of Jupiter Peak, so fun!) - Coeur leggings with pockets stuffed to the brim and a RunRabbit top. I did add compression socks for a little extra squeeze fwiw. image|356x500
