Need a supportive sports bra for training in hard-to-find sizes like 30DD/32D

I’ve been struggling to find a good sports bra that actually fits and supports me during workouts. I recently measured around a 30DD/32D (full-bottom, teardrop shape) and realized most of the bras I’ve been using are either too loose in the band or cause spillage.

I prefer wire-free, non-padded options (underwires usually poke and cause discomfort), but still want something that gives proper support for running, strength training, or even long walks. Most brands I find don’t offer my size,
If anyone knows of any sports bras that work well for small band / larger bust combos, especially ones that don’t hurt after an hour of wear—please share! Would love to hear what’s worked for others with similar sizing.

This is tricky as everyone is different, but I’m DD also, and I love the Brooks Juno bra - it has adjustable straps at the front so it’s easy to set up for your personal shape/preference.

Thanks so much for the suggestion! The front-adjustable straps on the Brooks Juno sound super practical—I’ll definitely check it out.
I also found a sports bra from Adira (an Indian brand) that’s been working well for me for daily wear, walks, and light strength training. It’s wire-free, soft, and feels supportive without being tight or pokey. Not the most high-impact, but really comfy if anyone’s looking for something in that space!
