I can’t decide between padded and non padded sports bra. I like the shape from padded, but I love how light non-padded feels. What do you think? Share your opinion.

I’m also in the non-padded club! I even remove the little padding inserts whenever I can, except, to your point, from bras I’m specifically wearing FOR the shape / going out
My running sports bras are all padded…until the pads come out in the wash and I can’t be bothered to put them back in.
For biking/triathlon I go non-padded and minimal support. I don’t need it while riding, and my trisuit is compressive enough that I probably don’t need the bra. But definitely no pads for tri!
Thanks for all the inputs! Looks like both padded and non-padded have their perks. I think I’ll try both—padded for workouts like running or high-intensity training where I need more shape and support, and non-padded for lighter sessions like yoga, cycling, or just casual gym days. Makes sense to switch it up depending on the workout.
