Hi guys as a Coach, studying experimenting and interfacing with other colleagues I have reached my STRENGTH plan for BUILD and PEAK phase in TRIATHLON.
They are 2 weekly sessions
1 MAXIMUM STRENGTH
1 RESISTANT STRENGTH
at least 72 hours apart and to be done on Easy days or Friday with SWIM SPEED.
Even though PLYO is important I believe that combining Max Strength with RESISTANT is more productive especially in terms of injuries.
