Strength training workouts in Athletica

Currently I am in the Long Distance Mid Volume Build 2 phase and Athletica keeps suggesting the same below strength workout thrice a week. I like doing heavy barbell squats (front & back), barbell deadlift, barbell hip thrusts, bench press, Pendlay rows, Barbell/ Sandbag Lunges, Barbell Calf raises and Hand Power cleans into my workouts. Can you work on a feature where I can Athletica can give me an option to incorporate Barbell movements into my plan, while managing the load correctly? I feel that I am going wrong here currently.
7-way hips:
5 x Single leg squats, each leg:
(or assisted as needed:
10 x box step-ups (each leg):
10 x Single leg hop side-to-side & forward-back - both legs:
5 x seated box jump:
10 x double contact to box, step down:
10 x hurdle hop to box jump

Sorry you missed our update. Here from your profile, go to our Global Library to choose from thousands of sessions and use the search bar with a key word you’re after. HYROX is another good search term as all our new S&C sessions are coming from that sport integration. The Athletica team are all enjoying these personally and huge shout out to Coach @Marjaana for the videos.

Hey, Prof! I have seen as well as used this new feature. What I meant to say was if the workout wizard could have these as options or if the training plan could automatically suggest these workouts once or twice the week (as per preference). As a future feature, maybe an option to add reps and weight could be incorporated (like Whoop’s strength trainer) and the AI could then learn and progressively add weights in the future workouts.
