Hi Richard, yes, it seems to be the same. That’s the base workout. What I do for my athletes on Athletica is give them a strength training routine of my own. I create a workout and add it to their schedule each week. I hope that makes sense!

A new improved strength programming is on the works in the meanwhile, please alter and use your own strength programs to provide variety for your athletes. If you need a workouts, let me know
