Hi Richard, yes, it seems to be the same. That’s the base workout. What I do for my athletes on Athletica is give them a strength training routine of my own. I create a workout and add it to their schedule each week. I hope that makes sense!

Hello

Are those workouts still available?

Ok, it is now SEP 2025 and in April 2024 the new sessions were “on the works”. Did I miss something, as my plan is showing the same workout three times a week (Am in the free test phase of the plan).

You can access more strength workouts using the “Global Library” and filtering by Strength and Conditioning - then you can swap out the key S&C sessions that are scheduled in your plan for a variety of other sessions available…

What is the right way to specify what I actually did in the gym so AI recognizes it/takes it into account for future suggestions?

That is, if I go the gym and do my general squats/deadlifts/etc. training – what should I put into the description/feedback for it to be recognized?

Hey @joku
just write in the comments or edit the workout description. If you follow the same workout for a while, you may create a new strength session. :oncoming_fist:
