I would like to know how to be able to write a book like “Science and Application of High-Intensity Interval Training”. What is the difference between Mr. Martin Bucheeit and other academics? Could you please give me some advice?
Hi @Berk ,
I think people like Martin are quite special in that they have a clear understanding of a middle road between the science and practice. They also understand training themselves, and in others, and collect data in the field to try to understand phenomena whenever possible. Then people like Martin are not secretive about their findings but exactly the opposite. They give back to the world by disseminating their findings and understanding in the form of publications or otherwise.
My 2c.
Best,
Paul
