@Prof , Curious, I’ve noted my Training Zones values appear to based on my previous 3-month training stats instead of my previous 6-week (42-days) activity based on values from my 3-month and 6-week Power Profile graphs. I’ve generally understood that 42-day activity is generally used due to the potential fitness decay or improvement that can occur. I completed my Week 2 testing on Saturday ……any thoughts?
