Wahoo Configured but not loading completed unplanned workouts

Hi,

My athlete has connected her Wahoo but none of the data is being uploaded. I tried to search this issue on the forum but not too sure what to do next. Thanks, Tenille

@Prof I am not sure who is able to help but we are not getting very far on this… No workouts are uploading. Help!

Can she please disconnect and reconnect @Element and report back if that doesn’t solve thanks.
