Running or cycling?
Running it’s the short (hills), cycling it is the race pace segments
I haven’t been on Athletica long enough to have seen all of these. I haven’t had any long HIIT Vo2max or Over/Unders or Race Pace workouts yet… just a lot of short HIIT, SE, and Aerobic work so far.
I can imagine what they all look like, still I’d be curious to see the variety of different workouts that could be prescribed. Is there a way to view all of the workout templates used?
you are still on base season I guess… you’ll see them more of the key sessions when you hit Build. You can also see some sessions like long HIIT by using the Workout Wizard
