Where does Athletica fetch info on elevation gain?

Just out of curiosity - where does Athletica get the info on elevation gain? For my run today it differs from my Garmin data (370 Athletica vs 409 Garmin - not a big difference, but I am curious for why this is.)

P.S. Just saw that the paces are also quite different - today my max pace was 04:01 in Garmin but in Athletica’s chat the max goes only up to 04:10 (and I am not even reaching that speed in A. chart - the max I get here is sth around. 04:35.) I was already wondering why I always get so slow pace recommendations…something seems off here.
