Why my plan wants reduce my fitness?

Hi just trying to give some paremeters for my updated plan. But keep getting that i need to give numbers for threshold in swim. I think thats weird, as i dont have swimming in the programme and im only trying to do a running programme.

Figured out that i was having the same problem as above with decrease in fitness, and now have the AI defining my hours, but now it is to much with double sessions, and with kinds and fulltime job thats not happening unfortunately.

Hi @martinkahn… I had a go at tweaking your plan based on your comments. Please check in on your plan in the next 12 hours or so after the AI has updated.

When you do the MAF test - just focus on keeping your HR at 180 minus age, like you did perfectly.

The problem wasn’t the text, but the zone data I was told to hit in the workout when starting the workout in garmin.

I was supposed to hit between 89-139 bpm. Which is a bit off the test
