Escalating here for resolution, reviewing the past week there are also some wildly erroneous report backs on my sessions.
I currently have no idea whether to, or what to, rely on.
e.g.
Athletica analysis is recording 191 watts as top of zone 7 yet for the same session I get the following in the time in zone analysis.

For my zone 2 ride tonight it looks like the zone analysis gremlins are still there. Its an undulating course with a couple of traffic lights so do have more z1 than I would like but doesn’t explain the zone 3: athletica 28 mins, intervals.icu 13.5 mins

I am confused from the feedback after this training. I did a recovery ride. I stayed within the prescribed power and HR (as shown by average HR and power). But then I get this strange feedback. How should I interpret this? Should a recovery ride done differently?
