AI coach suggesting to retest FTP

I am right now finishing my duathlon test week, and I did a bike FTP test this Monday. I went a bit too hard at the beginning and had to bring the power down progressively. I acknowledged this in my session comments. Then, yesterday, after my run MAF test, the AI coach included this in the session comments: “Looking back at your bike session, it’s clear that you’re learning and adapting. While you pushed a bit too hard initially, recognizing this is crucial for future tests. The discrepancies in time spent across zones suggest that a retest could be beneficial to fine-tune your power zones.” Do I really need to repeat the FTP test? Doing two FTP tests in the same week seems a bit overkill, but I am concerned that starting too strong on my Monday FTP test may result in unreliable test results and power zones.

On a side note, I recall that my previous cycle plan included an additional test during test week to set power zones more precisely – the test included different max efforts of increasing duration. I never got to do that test, but I was wondering if it would be beneficial to do it for my duathlon plan anyways so I could get more precise power zones. If so, is there some way to manually add this test?
