i’m trying this application to see if it fits my need. For the moment i’m not really sure.
I have connected my garmin which have years of training information (HR / pace / bike power / swim pace) etc and it seems that the AI is using totally false number for everything (or doesn’t care about the data).
First week i had the week test, which was overwhelming to be honest. Way to many all in, and i didn’t understand why after 3 days i already had warning everywhere.
So i decided to skip some workout, sometimes because i told the AI there is no need to do this i already done the ftp test weeks ago and sometimes because i won’t injure myself for a test
. But apparently it doesn’t really care.
This week is a base one, bike workout are fine but run and swim i don’t get it. It says that the AI export the workout chosing the best between pace or HR, so i follow them and every day it tells me i’m off chart. Kind of annoying to be honest. It sees z4 everywhere where i’m at the beginning of my z3.
And lastly i wanted to have hyrox training in the mix (to change from a 5/3/1 or stronglift prog), but apparently if you select triathlon you can’t add hyrox. Or you have to pick from the gallery workout.. Not fan.
Maybe i set something wrong and you can help. Test expire today, sadly and for the moment i will wait for your answer before subscribing. I already wrote to the support last week, they answered out of the scope and no more answer since.

sorry for a very late response.
I am not sure I understand what you mean with AI is using totally false number for everything. Could you please provide me some screenshots, so I can evaluate the problem and help you out.
I’m sorry you haven’t had the best experience with us so far. I’m happy to extend your trial if you’d like to give AI Coach more time? In the beginning, we recommend you to complete the test week to nail down your thresholds. You can insert your recent FTP result in overview - athlete zones- bike -

But, totally fair call to skip a test if you’ve already done one recently—or if something feels off and you’re listening to your body. That’s exactly what we want: smart training decisions.
Just a heads-up though: the AI Coach doesn’t yet recognize or respond to manual commands like “I’ve already done this test,” so it won’t automatically adjust your plan based on those inputs (yet!). We’re working on making it more responsive and context-aware, but for now, best move is to skip the session, or use the Workout Wizard. We’ll keep improving the logic.
Currently, our plans do not allow mixing two plans (also in the pipeline to fix), so if you wish to do HYROX workouts, I would suggest you use the Global Library and insert heavy lift days to your plan yourself. Apologies for that. Your feedback is valuable and I will take it to our internal discussions.

Sorry for the late answer i had ton of works to do. I sadly can’t provide you anything because since the test ended i don’t have access to the dashboard anymore. Pace were wrong, zones also. Only bike was ok.
I tried to change it manually but no real change.
Ok thank you for answer about the ai function, will use wizard next time.
I would love to give an other try, on the paper it looks really good.

happy to give you extended trial until Sep 9th.
You can always use the Global Library to pull the test sessions or any other session to your weekly training plan.
