Athletica creates its own problems?

Overnight Athletica added a run to my schedule for today, for a total of two runs today. Then, it tagged each run with the warning that “overall training load (run) is too high” today, that I risk overtraining and should move or delete sessions. Why would Athletica program two runs if it truly believes that? Isn’t it supposed to be optimizing my training? Thanks much.

Thanks @BrentK … have reported this issue.

Thanks, @Prof. So, I followed Athletica’s recommendation and moved one of the runs to another day. Shortly thereafter, Athletica moved the workout back to today with the same warnings about how I have a high risk of overtraining and should move a workout. . . .
