During my 20 min. FTP test I reached a higher heart rate than the maximum heart rate for biking set in athletica. The heart rate zones have not updated to account for that.

Critical HR is not equivalent to your max HR. It’s meant to be the heart rate you’ll stabilise at, if you ride at your critical power for long enough (I believe).

Yeah I know that. But I‘m still able to reach higher heart rates than the maximum heart rate in zone 5 (179 bpm as in the table). Shouldn‘t the model update the zones to account for that? Otherwise those efforts will always be outside of the graph as in the second picture.
For example in Garmin you set your maximum heart rate and critical heart rate / threshold HR.
