I have eased back on training the last 6 weeks and I have a pop saying ‘Heart rate zone change detected. Our Smart Coach suggests updating the following bike zones:’. However, there are two options. Is this a bug? Ignore? Pick 1? Which 1?

Just seen the email about the New Threshold & Zone Calculation Method. I guess it’s related to the update? If yeah which one to pick?

Yes indeed related to the new update 
The first one is your bike zones, the second is default zones. If you feel these are correct, accept both. Remember you can always tell Athletica to not update your zones automatically in your profile:
