There are a couple of workouts I do every week and I’d like them added to my plan and taken into consideration. For example, I always strength train with a trainer on Wednesdays and I do an outdoor group ride on Thursdays. How do I add these as recurring workouts with their estimated training load?

Probably just as you’ve done at this point (had a look at your plan). Have your strength trainer workout in your library as you do and paste that into Wednesday, then use the Daily Availability feature to force a bike session of appropriate duration into Thursday. Those should be close in terms of training load needed.

Yes. To be clear @mtnphotog, at this point you need to manually enter in your Strength workout each week to your plan. I do like the development possibility of having this recurring right through the plan but as always with these things, nuances creep in. What would we do with a test week? What would we do with a Taper week? Etc.
Also for our Coach version there is a setting where coaches can manually enter in an athlete’s weekly sessions (S&C, masters swimming, group crit ride, Tues night track workout, etc). But this has not been requested yet for the athlete version.
Got it. So more work for me every week… Just so you know, the “features” I am asking for are only things that I’m used to using easily on two of the biggest platforms out there, TrainerRoad and TrainingPeaks; They aren’t totally out of left field.

You mentioned using the availability settings to force a workout of similar length into my calendar since I can’t just add a planned workout. However, I’m used to doing a structured workout during the day and my easy casual friend group ride at night on the same day. What is your suggestion for entering that before the week in order to make sure the AI plans my workouts properly?
I’d definitely appreciate the feature.
