Garmin sync for workout

May I ask how do I make sure HR data is added correctly to specific workout on my plan? Do I need to make sure they have the same workout “name” on both Garmin and Athletica? Same question for concept 2? Thank you!

What I did was modify the name of the workout by adding HR + date if I made changes and was running the same day. Then after synchronization, when the name is different you can be 100% sure.
They don’t upload any other additions like date or number to the workout name so it can be confusing when you input many changes—hope they will change that in the future.

I had a similar issue last week where my scheduled runs weren’t pushing to my Garmin watch. I found that toggling the ‘Training’ sync off and back on in the Athletica settings usually forces a refresh. MJ is right though - screenshots of your Garmin Connect calendar versus Athletica would help narrow it down!

Just to inform everyone here to clear confusion:

  • Athletica Mobile App has a bug and drops the Garmin Connection (mobile team working on it).
  • Connecting and Configuring Connections via web browser works and is stable. Please login via web browser and connect your device there.
