I asked for a gran fondo training, 150km, and there is not even a 4h workout during 4 weeks of training. Is that normal ?

Which gran fondo are you training for?
Your long ride is determined by your weekly hours you’ve given to Athletica. Plus your long rides are progressive and will increase with time. I assume you did the Cycling All Arounder category?
One thing I often do with my athletes is encourage them to extend the aerobic development (endurance) rides as they’d like. So if you have a two-hour ride scheduled, you can extend it to three or four depending on your progression of workouts.
If you haven’t done four-hour workouts, though, I’d gradually build up the time.

Athletica uploaded 14 of my workouts to calculate my plan… but in these 14 workouts I had only one 5 hours ride (which is normal for me as we are in early march).
But I have this 150km competition in early may, so I will of course increase the distance progressively. I was surprised that Athletica did not plan automatically long L2 workouts to prepare this event.
